WORKFLOW EXAMPLES · SAMPLE DATA
From the task to the result.
Three workflow examples using fixed sample data. They illustrate how an individually developed function works.
TIME FOR WHAT MATTERS
Your time.
In perspective.
Calculate the potential time saving for a recurring task using your own figures.
Calculate one task
Enter your figures or load an example. English: 1,000 tasks and 2.5 minutes.
Your own estimate as a percentage.
Allowed: 0–100,000 whole tasks, 0–1,440 minutes and 0–52 whole working weeks. Use commas for thousands and a point for decimal minutes (up to three decimal places).
ESTIMATED TIME SAVING
Tasks × minutes × time share ÷ 60 = hours per week. Multiply by the working weeks for the annual figure.
A calculation from your figures. The removable share of time is an assumption. Setup, review and ongoing support have not been deducted.
Example figures: 100 tasks, 5 minutes, 60 percent and 46 working weeks.

03 / YOUR PROJECT
Your project.
Clearly defined.
Together, we define the task, the available data and the desired result.
Project enquiryDefine the task.
Which file or message arrives? What specific result should it produce?
Review an example.
We examine rules, connection options and exceptions using suitable example data.
Agree on the scope.
Effort, responsibility and approval are defined for this individual function.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Can I commission just one function?
Yes. Scope can be limited to one clearly described task. Input, result and exceptions are agreed individually.
Will the function work with my existing tools?
This depends on available connections, file formats and permissions. We assess these requirements for the selected task before agreeing its scope.
How are unclear values and exceptions handled?
Suitable review rules are agreed for each function. Unclear values can appear as separate review points instead of entering the result unnoticed.
Who approves important steps?
Binding orders, payments, external messages and specialist approvals follow the responsibilities agreed for your project. A draft does not replace that approval.
Are these ready-made standard products?
We offer individual development for the described tasks. Data sources, rules, connections and exceptions determine each project’s scope.
YOUR INDIVIDUAL TASK
One task. Your next step.
Describe the task you would like to automate. Selected functions are included in your enquiry.
